In this day and age all of us tend to live more independent lives than ever. Technology is at least part of the description; convenience also. There are a lot of social as well as human-nature factors at play. But our independence, which is supposed to deliver us more freedom, has really delivered us more seclusion. We may really feel more disconnected nowadays – besides the ability to meet up with people over social networking – than ever.
More independence and more independence has not necessarily equated to more joy.
The Gospel narrative, however, speaks of a more reliant model. We have been urged to depend on God and also to be proactively accountable within the lives of others that touch existence. This mix of dependency on God and responsibility within the lives of others brings us towards the opportunity for interdependence.
Whenever we accomplish interdependence, which implies relational ways of getting, we experience joy. Anytime we now have joy we also tend to have a lot grasp on peace.
If we recognise that independence breeds isolation, all of us understand that being responsibly dependent within local community – to relish interdependence – may be the way to joy through relational presence.
This kind of presence may be the way we believe and hold ourselves. With other people we enjoy their presence, as we enjoy our own. All of us don’ t push it. We let it come as well as rest a number of the. There is a superior pleasure to be experienced when we coexist in local community such as this.
When we allow others in order to rely upon us and that we allow ourselves in order to rely upon other people, and this develops within the realm of mutual satisfaction, we are achieving interdependence.
This is true community exactly where trust and respect flow between two parties and the connection seems easy. Sure, you will have disputes, but nothing both people can’ t determine.
Experiencing interdependence takes us greater into the realm of Divinity. God is within these moments of mutual enjoyment. Like exists there. It does not take halcyon expertise.
SPLITTING OUT OF OUR ISOLATION
We might be isolated as well as unable, at this present time, to appreciate the fullness of God within the community.
Besides experiencing the pure presence of God, by way of prayer, fasting as well as meditation etc, most of us experience God in local community – in marriage with other people.
Breaking out of our seclusion sufficient enough to achieve these blessings needs boldness. It will take a tenacious desire to have something better. There may be no better experience in this daily life than the common or perhaps not-so-common love of simple and genuine fellowship.
Besides closeness to Egnet, our greatest pleasure comes from trusting as well as respectful human relationships exactly where we give and receive love. Joy is usually copious when relational reputation between two people is usually struck.
